Recent changes to the law now require operators of vessels under 4 meters, including all jet skis, as well as operators born after April 1, 1983 to carry a valid Operator Card.  The license can be obtained after completing an accredited Boating Course and passing a challenge exam.       

Our safe boating course covers all 149 Knowledge Points required for courses accredited by the Office of Boating Safety and the Canadian Coast Guard.  It is designed to prepare people of all ages for the Canadian Coast Guard accredited challenge exam which, upon successful completion leads to your Boat Operator's Card.  This license is valid for life and need never be renewed.  Changes to the legislation include:
